Frequently asked questions
Can you repair an aircon at my home?
Yes. Topworks services wall-mounted split, inverter and selected multi-split systems in homes, apartments and estates.
Should I regas an aircon that is not cooling?
Not automatically. Low refrigerant normally indicates a leak or previous incorrect commissioning. The system should be checked before gas is added.
How long does a residential service take?
A standard wall-split service often takes about 45–90 minutes, depending on access and dirt level. Fault diagnosis may take longer.
Do you repair all brands?
Topworks services major brands including Daikin, Samsung, LG, Midea, MDV, Alliance, Gree, Hisense and Mitsubishi Electric, subject to parts availability.
Can I get a written quotation?
